There are just a few things you need to know before you embark on this wonderful journey of making art with me!! Working with Nikki Fowler Photos your privacy is fully cared for and respected. I want to let you know a couple important details about my work and the content I create. This Privacy Policy is to explain how you personal information that is given to Nikki Fowler Photos via in person engagement or whilst booking your shoot on our page! Collected Information As a photographer I collect a variety of information upon confirming your shoot with me. All personal information, ie, contact information, first and last names will be concealed into your client folder. This information is collected in many different ways, some of those ways include signing up for updates on our page or inquiring about services. This information varies but may include; Personal Data Collecting personal data is what we use to identify you specifically. This information could contain your name, phone number, shipping address and your email. You consent to giving us this information by sending in a contact link or an inquiry for your session or service. Please keep in mind you are entitled to your personal protection, information you do not wish to give to Nikki Fowler Studio you have the right to waive the request and we will continue your services with other information you provide. By no means are you under any obligations to provide this information to me. Financial Data The financial data I collect is for your payment method, such as your card details. We collect this data when you pay for the session or services provided on my page or via direct messaging and in person engagement. We do accept Cashapp and PayPal. You can check out their privacy policy on how they protect your financial data as well. Social Networking Data We may access your social network such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. If you do not wish for the items to be released you have a right to waive this part of the policy. You are under no obligations to provide this information to me. Other Data On occasion you may give Nikki Fowler Photos additional information when entering into a contest or giveaway. You may also provide this information when you are participating in a survey.
